Local Attorney Donates Ballistic Armor to Deputies

Ballistic Vests Donated by Local Attorney

Local Attorney and businessman, Rick Spencer recently donated funds to purchase five ballistic vests.  Mr. Spencer donated the money to the Baxter County Sheriff's Foundation who in turn purchased the bullet proof vests for Deputies with the Baxter County Sheriff's Office.
