SEX OFFENDER RELOCATES FROM INSIDE MTN HOME CITY LIMITS TO COUNTY ADDRESS

     The Sheriff's Office is notifying the public that a sex offender has registered with the Sheriff's Office after moving from outside the Mountain Home city limits.  He is a level 2 offender (moderate risk to re-offend with community notification justified).

 

NAME:                       BRANDON HUNT

 

DATE OF BIRTH:   03/04/1983

 

NEW HOME ADDRESS:    509 Timberlane Rd
                                                Mountain Home, AR 72653

            

     The offender was convicted of the offense of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child on 05/21/2002 in Shawano County, Wisconsin.  This offense involved the then 18 year old offender engaging in sexual contact with a 12 year old female.  He also has a prior incident recorded of failing to register.

 

     This person is not wanted by law enforcement at this time.  This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public.  This information cannot be used to threaten, intimidate, or harass Registered Sex Offenders.  Citizen abuse will not be tolerated.  Such abuse could potentially end law enforcement's ability to do community notification.
