The offender was convicted of Statutory Rape in Barrow County, Georgia on 02/27/2009 and sentenced to 7 months confinement. The offender was convicted in Cherokee County, Georgia on 01/07/2011 for Failure to Register as sex offender and was given probation. On 01/06/2012 the offender was convicted in Dawson County, Georgia of another count of Failure to Register as sex offender and sentenced to six months confinement. On 07/03/2013 the offender was once again convicted of Failure to Register as sex offender, this time in Lumpkin County, Georgia and was sentenced to two years confinement. There is no specific information available on the details of the original statutory rape charge from 2009.
