SEX OFFENDER REGISTERS AFTER MOVING HERE FROM OREGON

     The Sheriff's Office is notifying the public that a new sex offender has registered with the Sheriff's Office after moving into this jurisdiction from the State of Oregon.

DATE OF BIRTH:   06/21/1978

 

HOME ADDRESS:   61 Pretty Lane
                                    Mountain Home, AR 72653              

 

     The offender was convicted on 04/23/2001 in Henderson, Nevada of the offense of Attempted Statutory Sexual Seduction, which is a Gross Misdemeanor offense under Nevada law, and was ordered to register as a sex offender.  Available information does not provide any other details concerning this incident.  The offender was later convicted on 03/05/2004 for Failure to Register as a sex offender in Nevada. 

 

     This offender has not yet been assigned a Risk Level by Arkansas SOCNA (Sex Offender Community Notification Assessment).

 

     This person is not wanted by law enforcement at this time.  This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public.  This information cannot be used to threaten, intimidate, or harass Registered Sex Offenders.  Citizen abuse will not be tolerated.  Such abuse could potentially end law enforcement's ability to do community notification.
