DEPUTY MAKES FELONY DRUG ARREST DURING TRAFFIC STOP

An Osceola, Arkansas man, 22 year old JEREMY WAYNE GRAHAM, was arrested Saturday evening, April 25th, by Sheriff's Sergeant Dwight Duch on felony drug charges after being stopped for a moving traffic violation.
GRAHAM was pulled over at approximately 7:19 PM on State Highway 201 North in Mountain Home. During the stop, Sergeant Duch smelled the odor of burned marijuana and thus initiated a search of the vehicle.
During this search, Sergeant Duch found approximately 2.5 grams of a substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine, a set of scales, and two smoking pipes.
JEREMY WAYNE GRAHAM was arrested and transported to the Detention Center. He was booked on charges of:
Possession of Methamphetamine - Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Felony
Driving Left of Center - Methamphetamine
He is being held in lieu of $7,500 bond, and he will appear in Circuit Court to answer on May 7th.
