Two Arrested For Breaking or Entering

Heather Joy Hodges

Jason Anthony King

July 14, 2012 at approximately 7:20 pm, the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a residence on CR 30 of someone trying to break into residence.  When Deputies arrived there was no one there however a witness told deputies the people had left just prior to their arrival.

Approximately one hour later, Deputies were dispatched back to the same residence.  When Deputies arrived they observed a light on inside a detached garage.  Deputies could see two suspects attempting to hide in the corner of the garage through an open window but they refused to open the door.  After a few minutes the male suspect opened the door and initially provided a false name and claimed he had permission to be there. The owner of the property was contacted and stated they did not have permission to be there.  After further investigation by Deputies, the two arrested and taken into custody without further incident.  The female suspect was found to have in her possession a controlled substance, Clonazepam, in which she admitted she did not have a prescription for but had obtained from someone she cared for.
