      The Sheriff’s Office is notifying the public that a “High Risk” Registered Sex Offender has now moved to a different address and location in the Henderson area of Baxter County.

NAME:                       CODY WILSON

DATE OF BIRTH:   03/02/1991

NEW ADDRESS:     10,571 Highway 62 East

                                    Henderson, Arkansas 72544

     The offender was convicted of Sexual Assault in the 2^nd Degree in Crawford County, Arkansas that involved performing oral sex on a 6 year old male.  The offender was ordered to register as a sex offender in April, 2011.  The offender was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office earlier this year for failing to comply with sex offender registration requirements.

     This person is not wanted by law enforcement at this time.  This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public.  This information cannot be used to threaten, intimidate, or harass Registered Sex Offenders.  Citizen abuse will not be tolerated.  Such abuse could potentially end law enforcement’s ability to do community notification.
