11/07/2023

Adrian Garret Eskew

An arrest has been made in the incidents of lewd and lascivious conduct recently reported to law enforcement by Dollar General and other locations in and around Mountain Home.

On October 24th, the Sheriff's Office posted still photos of a suspect taken from a Dollar General Store video surveillance system who had been inside the store following women around and masturbating.  As a result of this posting, a suspect was developed and later interviewed.  The suspect confessed to this conduct, and investigators set about obtaining a warrant for his arrest.  These being misdemeanor offenses a warrant was needed after the fact.

During the investigation, the suspect was linked to several like occurrences that had taken place, including those reported as follows:

11/07/2022 Harps Grocery, 2089 Highway 62 West, Mountain Home.  This had been reported to Mountain Home Police Department.

03/20/2023 Goodwill Industries, 759 Hwy 62B, Mountain Home.  This had also been reported to Mountain Home Police Department.

10/17/2023 Dollar Tree, 40 Plaza Way, Mountain Home.  This was reported to Mountain Home Police Department also.

10/18/2023 Dollar General, 3432 Hwy 62 West, Mountain Home. The Sheriff's Office had taken a report on this incident.

It is thought that other such incidents occurred but were not reported to law enforcement.

The arrest warrant was issued by the District Court, and the suspect, ADRIAN GARRET ESKEW of rural Mountain Home, surrendered himself today to be served with the warrant.  He was booked into the Baxter County Detention Center on charges of:

Public Sexual Indecency (4 counts) - Misdemeanors
Harassment (4 counts) - Misdemeanors

ADRIAN ESKEW was released after posting $3,550 bond.  He will appear before the District Court to answer on December 7, 2023.
