     The Sheriff's Office is notifying the public that a homeless sex offender has registered with the Sheriff's Office.  This offender has previously been assigned a community risk assessment level as a Level 2 Offender (Moderate Risk with community notification justified).

DATE OF BIRTH:   11/12/1976

HOME ADDRESS:   ***Homeless***

                                    Baxter County, AR

     This offender received a deferred adjudication for Indecency with a Child in the Second Degree on 09/14/2006.  This offense involved the offender engaging in sexual contact with one or more small children. 

     Being homeless, the offender is required to report to the Sheriff's Office for a status evaluation more frequently than an offender who has a verified address. 

     This person is not wanted by law enforcement at this time.  This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public.  This information cannot be used to threaten, intimidate, or harass Registered Sex Offenders.  Citizen abuse will not be tolerated.  Such abuse could potentially end law enforcement's ability to do community notification.
