The Baxter County Sheriff's Office will conduct a sale of two vehicles seized pursuant to Writ of Execution from the Circuit Court of Fulton County to satisfy a judgement.  

     The sale will be held on January 23, 2019 at 4:00 PM at the following address:

Baxter County Road and Bridge
2017 State Highway 5 South
Mountain Home, Arkansas 72653

The vehicles are:

1994 Honda VF750 Magna motorcycle
2005 Dodge Durango 4 x 4

     The vehicles can be viewed from 9AM to 4PM on the date of the sale.

     The sale will conducted by auction.  The winning bidders are expected to make payment in full at the conclusion of the auction.  The Sheriff's Office will provide the winning bidders with bills of sale.
