Offender was convicted of Sexual Abuse – First Degree (2 counts) and Sodomy – First Degree (2 counts) on 4/20/1989.  These offenses involved the offender engaging in sexual contact with two minor males.  On 3/25/2010, Offender was convicted of Pandering or Possession Visual or Print Medium Depicting Sexually Explicit Conduct Involving a Child and sentenced to 60 months in the Arkansas Dept. of Corrections.  This offender should not be in any relationship, occupation, or volunteer enterprise giving him unsupervised access to minors.  Offender is known to cultivate adult friendships to gain access to their children.  Victim Preferences:  Victims were pubescent males.  Offender admits a deviant sexual attraction to minor males between the ages of 10-14.
