ARRESTEE FOUND TO BE CONCEALING DRUGS DURING BOOKING PROCESS

     A Midway area woman, 40 year old REBA DIANE MILLER, has been arrested on drug charges after she was found to be concealing a quantity of methamphetamine on her person when brought into the Baxter County Detention Center for booking Thursday evening, March 17th.

     REBA MILLER was arrested by Mountain Home Police on a District Court Fail to Appear warrant and brought to the Detention Center.  Afterwards, Jail Corporal Kaitlyn James conducted a search of REBA MILLER.  During the search, approximately 14.8 grams of methamphetamine was found concealed on MILLER'S person. 

     Documentation indicates that REBA MILLER has seven prior convictions for felony offenses and currently has felony drug charges already pending in the Baxter County Circuit Court.

     REBA MILLER is being charged in this incident with:

Possession of Controlled Substance with Purpose of Delivery (methamphetamine) - Felony
Furnishing Prohibited Articles - Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Felony
Habitual Offender - Penalty Enhancement

     MILLER is currently being held in lieu of $25,000 bond on these charges.  She will appear before the Circuit Court to answer on April 4th.
