On Saturday, October 30th, Walker's Auction Service, 1209 South Main Street in Mountain Home, will be holding a gun auction for the Baxter County Sheriff's Office that is open to the public.  Approximately 240 firearms and other items will be auctioned off.  Most of these firearms had been seized as evidence by the Sheriff's Office and were directed to be disposed of by court orders in a manner allowed by Arkansas law, which includes via a public auction.

     The firearms will be available for viewing at Walker's Auction Service between the hours of 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM Saturday, and the public auction will commence at 10:00 AM.  An online list of these firearms can be seen on the Walker's Auction Service Facebook page.
