     Four people were arrested on a multitude of drug charges Thursday morning, May 7th, after authorities conducted a search of a residence at 7641 Hwy 5 North in rural Mountain Home.  This is the residence of DENNY KASINGER, a probationer with a search waiver on file.  When authorities arrived at the residence, in addition to KASINGER they also found three other persons there.  They were subsequently identified as JAMEY ROOF, LANCE ALLEN, and KARLI ROSA. 

     After officers entered the residence, they discovered one of these people, JAMEY ROOF, hiding in a bathroom at the rear of the residence.  During the search, numerous items of drug paraphernalia were found scattered throughout the house, including smoking devices, syringes, scales, baggies, and other items used for processing and packaging both methamphetamine and marijuana.  In the living room officers found a quantity of marijuana that had been pre-packaged for sale, as well as other marijuana-related substances.

     In the bedroom officers found approximately 28 grams of methamphetamine.  An additional 2.7 grams of methamphetamine, a set of digital scales, and $905 in cash was found inside a female's purse.  One of the men, DENNY KASINGER, was found to have $4,600 in cash on his person.  A loaded rifle and numerous magazines were also found. 

    All four of these people were arrested and taken into custody.  KASINGER, ROOF, and ALLEN were taken to the Detention Center.  At the Detention Center jailers found another baggie of methamphetamine concealed inside ROOF'S body. 

     ROSA was taken to her own residence for an additional search.  At ROSA'S residence officer found additional marijuana pre-packaged for sale, scales, and baggies.  ROSA was then taken to the Detention Center as well.  These people were booked on charges as follows:

     JAMEY DARREN ROOF, 55 years old of rural Mountain Home, charged with:

Possession of Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) with Purpose to Deliver - Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (3 counts) - Felonies
Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms - Felony
Possession of Firearm by Certain Persons (convicted felon) - Felony
Possession of Schedule VI Controlled Substance (marijuana) - Felony
Furnishing, Possessing, or Using Prohibited Articles - Felony
Habitual Offender - penalty enhancement

     JAMEY ROOF is being held in lieu of $30,000 bond.  He will appear in the Circuit Court to answer later this month.  Documentation indicates he has been booked into the Baxter County Detention Center a total of 47 times since 1997.

     DENNY LEON KASINGER, 56 years old of rural Mountain Home, charged with:

Possession of Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) with Purpose to Deliver - Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (3 counts) - Felonies
Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms - Felony
Possession of Controlled Substance (marijuana) - Felony
Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons (convicted felon) - Felony

     DENNY KASINGER is being held in lieu of $25,000 bond.  He will appear also in the Circuit Court to answer later this month.    Documentation indicates he has been booked into the Baxter County Detention Center a total of 26 times since 1997.

     LANCE E. ALLEN, 46 years old of Mountain Home, charged with:

Possession of Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) with Purpose to Deliver - Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (3 counts) - Felonies
Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms - Felony
Possession of Controlled Substance (marijuana) - Felony
Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons (convicted felon) - Felony

     ALLEN is being held in lieu of $25,000 bond.  He will appear as well in the Circuit Court to answer later this month.  Documentation indicates he has been booked into the Baxter County Detention Center a total of 46 times since 1997.

     KARLI JANE ROSA, 53 years old of Lakeview, charged with:

Possession of Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) with Purpose to Deliver - Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (3 counts) - Felonies
Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms - Felonies
Possession of Controlled Substance (marijuana) - Felony
Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons (convicted felon) - Felony

     ROSA has a bond of $25,000 on these charges, and she also will appear before the Circuit Court to answer later this month.  Records indicate she has been booked into the Baxter County Detention Center twice since 2011. 

     Agencies involved in the searches and arrests were the Baxter County Sheriff's Office, Mountain Home Police Department, and the 14th Judicial District Drug Task Force with its drug sniffing canine - Rocky.
