     The Sheriff's Office is notifying the public that a new sex offender has registered with the Sheriff's Office after moving here from the State of Arizona.

NAME:                       TATIANNA GILL

DATE OF BIRTH:   12/20/1984

HOME ADDRESS:  2411 Hwy 178 West

                                    Midway, Arkansas 72651

     Documentation indicates that the offender entered a plea of no contest to and was convicted of the misdemeanor offense of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Fourth Degree in the State of Michigan in 2004 and ordered to register as a sex offender.  This offense involved the offender engaging in sexual activity with a juvenile victim between the ages of 13 to 15.

     (This offender has not yet been assigned a Risk Level by SOCNA (Sex Offender Community Notification Assessment).

     This person is not wanted by law enforcement at this time.  This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public.  This information cannot be used to threaten, intimidate, or harass Registered Sex Offenders.  Citizen abuse will not be tolerated.  Such abuse could potentially end law enforcement's ability to do community notification.
