Curtis Lee Johnson

     The Sheriff's Office is notifying the public that a previously registered by unassessed sex offender has now received a community assessment notification risk level from SOCNA.  Curtis Lee Johnson has now been assessed as Level 3 (high risk to re-offend).

                                    Lakeview, Arkansas 72642    

     Available documentation indicates that the offender was convicted in McIntosh County, Oklahoma in 2006 of the crimes of Forcible Sodomy and First Degree Rape and was sentenced to the Oklahoma Department of Corrections.  There are no specific details currently available on the particulars of these crimes.

     This person is not wanted by law enforcement at this time.  This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public.  This information cannot be used to threaten, intimidate, or harass Registered Sex Offenders.  Citizen abuse will not be tolerated.  Such abuse could potentially end law enforcement's ability to do community notification.
