Two persons were arrested Thursday afternoon, July 25th, at 5503 Hwy 5 North in Midway on drug charges and one of them had an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in court.  Arkansas Community Corrections officers had been conducting surveillance at that address, which was the stated residence of parole absconder JESSIE MOORE and probationer KYLE KRIEG.  Contact was made with the subjects Thursday afternoon, and a search of the premises was conducted, which the Sheriff’s Office participated in.

During the search, officers found various articles of drugs and drug paraphernalia.  These included approximately 4.3 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, approximately 12 Alprazolam bars, numerous used syringes, digital scales, smoking devices, and other articles with residue of methamphetamine, heroin, and fentanyl on them.  Both of the suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Detention Center where they were booked as follows:

MOORE has a bond of $20,000 on the new drug charges but is being held without bond on the failure to appear warrant.  She will appear before the Circuit Court to answer on August 8th.  Records indicate she has been booked into the Baxter County Detention Center a total of 15 times since 2000.
