Ryan M. Kinsley

Another man has been arrested today, January 25th, in connection with a residential burglary that occurred at a home on Buford Road that was reported on January 12th.  Witnesses saw three people loading items from that residence into a vehicle and provided descriptions to deputies.

Deputies found forced entry into the residence.  The victims reported multiple items were missing, including a number of firearms.  Missing items also included mason jars containing a quantity of coins.

On January 16th, a MHPD Investigator had observed BRANDY BRIAN BARNES and RYAN MICHAEL KINSLEY at Harps Supermarket in Mountain Home using the coin exchange machine.  They had mason jars in their possession.  BRANDY BRIAN BARNES has already been arrested in connection with this burglary, and Sheriff’s Investigators have been looking for RYAN KINSLEY as well.  A warrant for KINSLEY’S arrest was obtained from the Circuit Court, and KINSLEY was found and arrested today on that warrant.   Information from Harps Supermarket indicated that BARNES and KINSLEY had received $166.00 in exchange for the coins.

RYAN MICHAEL KINSLEY, 25 years old of rural Mountain Home, has been incarcerated in the Detention Center on the following charges pursuant to the arrest warrant:

Residential Burglary – Felony
Theft of Property – Felony

He has a bond of $25,000 on those charges and will appear in the Circuit Court to answer on February 1st.  The investigation into the burglary is continuing.  Additional arrests may occur.
