Sheriff’s personnel arrested two people this morning after serving a search warrant at 1150 CR 27 in rural Mountain Home.  Investigators obtained the warrant after 24 year old RYAN JAMES LINDSEY fled on foot from them yesterday afternoon, September 26th, from that residence and could not be located afterwards.

RYAN LINDSEY is a parolee with both an outstanding parole violation warrant and an outstanding misdemeanor failure to appear warrant from Baxter County District Court.  When the search warrant was served this morning, RYAN LINDSEY and 37 year old REBECCA H. CONNER, a probationer with an address in Midway, were found to be in the residence. LINDSEY was immediately taken into custody, and a search of the premises was conducted.

During the search, approximately 2.5 grams of methamphetamine and various articles of drug paraphernalia were found. LINDSEY also had approximately 4.5 grams of marijuana on his person.

LINDSEY and CONNER were both arrested on drug charges and taken to the Baxter County Detention Center.  They were booked on charges of:

RYAN LINDSEY:

Possession of Controlled Substance (Meth) with Purpose to Deliver – Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Felony
Possession of Schedule VI Controlled Substance (Marijuana) – Misdemeanor
Parole Violation – Felony
Failure to Appear Warrant – Misdemeanor

REBECCA H. CONNER:

Possession of Controlled Substance (Meth) with Purpose to Deliver – Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Felony

Both have a bond of $10,000 each on the drug charges and will appear in the Circuit Court to answer on October 19, 2017.  Agencies involved in serving the search warrant and in the arrests were the Sheriff’s Office, 14th Judicial District Drug Task Force, Arkansas Community Corrections, and Arkansas State Police Criminal Investigation Division.

Records indicate that LINDSEY has been booked into the Baxter County Jail a total of 22 times since 2010 and was paroled from prison in February, 2017.  Records indicate that CONNER has been booked into the Baxter County Jail a total of 23 times since 2007 and has been on felony probation since May, 2016.

Prescription medication found in the residence belonging to another person may have been stolen from the other person’s residence.  An investigation into that matter continues.
