After consuming the Xanax, the juvenile suffered an overdose and was taken by ambulance to Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home.

A bench warrant was obtained for the arrest of CHRISTOPHER KIDD, which was served today. KIDD has been booked into the Baxter County Detention Center on charges of:

Introduction of Controlled Substance into the body of another person – Felony
Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor – Misdemeanor

KIDD is being held in custody in lieu of $10,000 bond and will appear in Baxter County Circuit Court to answer on March 23rd.
