SHERIFF'S OFFICE RESPONDS TO DEATH ON BAXTER CR 72 ON SATURDAY MORNING

     The Sheriff’s Office responded to a death at 3267 CR 72 in the Lone Rock area on Saturday morning, July 23rd.  A 911 call was received from that residence at approximately 8:48 AM reporting a man had been found unresponsive inside the residence.  Sheriff’s Deputies and emergency medical personnel were dispatched.

     Upon arrival of responding personnel, the victim was determined to be deceased.  The victim was identified as 34 year old JAMES DANIEL FRAYLEY of Memphis, Tennessee.  Another person inside the residence told Investigators that she found the victim on the floor, not breathing and cold to the touch, shortly after she woke up.

     The body of the deceased was removed from the residence by the Baxter County Coroner’s Office.  The body is being sent to the Arkansas State Medical Examiner’s Office in Little Rock for autopsy to determine the cause and manner of death.

    There were no indications of foul play.
