SECOND PERSON CHARGED IN THEFT OF RIDING MOWER

03/25/2016

Jessica D. Clark

A Jordan area woman, 31 year old JESSICA DENISE CLARK, has been charged in connection with the theft of a Snapper riding lawn mower that was taken from inside a garage on Hwy 177 South on April 22, 2015.

TYLER HUDGENS was previously arrested in connection with this case, and CLARK has now been charged as well.  The Sheriff’s Office received an anonymous tip on October 8, 2015 that there was stolen property at a residence on Hopewell Hollow Road.  Both HUDGENS and CLARK were named as suspects in this tip.

A search of the property was later conducted, and the stolen Snapper mower, among other items, was found there. JESSICA CLARK recently admitted to Investigators that she had been with HUDGENS when the garage was entered into and the mower stolen.

JESSICA CLARK was booked into the Detention Center yesterday, March 24th, on charges of:

Breaking or Entering – Felony
Theft of Property – Misdemeanor

She was released on her own recognizance by the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office pending a court appearance on May 5th.
