DEPUTIES ARREST MAN ON OUTSTANDING DRUG WARRANT

      A Gamaliel man, 59 year old JOHN RANDALL FRANK, was arrested Tuesday, September 29th on an outstanding felony bench warrant related to drug trafficking after deputies received information as to his whereabouts.

     Deputies responded to the 101 Resort in the Gamaliel area on a report that JOHN FRANK had been seen on the premises. He was prohibited from being there by a No Contact Order issued by District Court. On arrival, FRANK was found hiding in the upstairs area of one of the residential units. Deputies arrested FRANK on an outstanding felony warrant for Delivery of Methamphetamine and outstanding misdemeanor warrant for Failure to Appear in Court.

     On July 7, 2015, an individual cooperating with law enforcement investigators had made a controlled buy of approximately 12.1 grams of methamphetamine from JOHN RANDALL FRANK at 4975 Hwy 101 N. The CI was informed by FRANK that he would continue supplying meth to the CI once he had “re-stocked”. A warrant was then obtained for the arrest of JOHN FRANK.

     FRANK was booked into the Detention Center Tuesday morning on charges of:

Delivery of Methamphetamine – Felony
Criminal Conspiracy – Felony
Failure to Appear – Misdemeanor
Violation of a No Contact Order – Misdemeanor

     He is being held in lieu of $15,360 bond, and he will appear in Circuit Court to answer on October 1st.
