WOMAN ARRESTED ON WORKERS' COMPENSATION FRAUD CHARGE
Warrants of arrest for felony charges of Forgery and Workers’ Compensation Fraud were served Wednesday afternoon on a rural Mountain Home woman. CINDY M. ROSE, 41 years of age, was arrested at her residence by Sheriff’s Corporal Kristofer Savino after he went there to locate her and serve the warrants.
The warrants were issued by the Circuit Court based upon an affidavit filed by an investigator with the Insurance Fraud Investigation Division of the Arkansas Insurance Department in Little Rock.
