This offender was convicted of Repeated Sexual Assault of Same Child on 7-16-02. The offense involved the then 18-year-old offender engaging in ongoing sexual contact with two female acquaintances (9 and 11). Also during this time he was accused of molesting an 8-year-old male acquaintance but this charge was dismissed after the offender accepted a negotiated guilty plea for the charges involving the female victims. These offenses occurred while the offender and victims were in the same house.
