DEPUTIES AND EMS PERSONNEL RESPOND TO UNRESPONSIVE FEMALE

08/10/2012

A 36 year old rural Mountain Home woman has died after being transported by ambulance to Baxter Regional Medical Center this morning.  At approximately 9:44 AM, Sheriff’s Corporal Edward Elliott and emergency medical personnel were dispatched to 1767 Buzzard Roost Road for a report of an unresponsive female.

Upon arrival, they found a woman, identified as KIELA C. BOELKENS, who was not breathing.  She had been found this way by her husband, who then placed a call for help to 911.  Efforts to revive KIELA BOELKENS were undertaken by medical personnel, and she was subsequently transported to the Baxter Regional Emergency Room.  She was pronounced dead at 10:40 AM by the County Coroner’s Office.

The body is being sent to the Arkansas State Medical Examiner’s Office in Little Rock for autopsy to determine the cause and manner of death.  No foul play is suspected.
