08/09/2012

Joseph Russell Farrell

A 45 year old rural Mountain Home man has been arrested on a felony criminal mischief charge after it was reported to Sheriff’s Investigators that he had intentionally damaged three vehicles at “The Brickyard” on Cranfield Road on or about July 29th.

Three separate victims reported damage to their vehicles caused by the offender driving recklessly and throwing gravel on their vehicles in the parking lot.  Damage reported was chipped paint and windshield damage.  The offender was apparently upset over something that had happened inside the club.  The combined damage to all three vehicles was estimated at approximately $6,200.

Sheriff’s Investigator Sergeant Brad Hurst obtained a bench warrant for the arrest of JOSEPH RUSSELL FARRELL for felony Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree.  He was arrested Wednesday and taken to the Detention Center.  He later posted $6,500 bond, and he was set to appear today in Baxter County Circuit Court.
