Four People Arrested After Altercation at Local Hotel

August 4, 2012 at approximately 9:50 pm, Baxter County Sheriff’s Deputies and Arkansas State Police responded to the Lake Norfork Inn for a reported altercation. Officers arrived and observed several people standing around in the parking lot. Witnesses told the officers that two suspects had been gotten into an altercation with some of the guests and management at the hotel.
After a preliminary investigation, Officers located the two suspects and began talking with them. Both suspects were extremely intoxicated with one unable to stand without leaning on a parked vehicle. Both suspects were arrested and charged with Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct.
During the investigation into the incident, it was discovered the two suspects had female guest who were also intoxicated and under age. The two females admitted they received the alcohol from the two men. The two females were arrested for Minor in Possession of Alcohol and Public Intoxication. This resulted in additional charges of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor to both men.
All four suspects were booked into the Baxter County Detention Center and charged with:

All four posted bond and was released pending their appearance in Baxter County District Court on September 6, 2012 at 9 am.
