The Baxter County Sheriff's Office is currently investigating the death of a 23 year old Mountain Home female. Ashley Marie Warren was pronounced deceased at Baxter Regional Medical Center after being transported by ambulance.

At approximately 5:34 am, 911 received a call from 25 year old Joshua Dale King, the boyfriend of the victim, stating he woke up and found his girlfriend, Ashley Warren, not breathing and appeared to have a foaming substance coming from her mouth. The 911 operator gave King Instructions on how to perform CPR over the phone. At 5:41 am, Deputy Trey Eddings arrived and found King preforming CPR on the victim. Deputy Eddings continued CPR until ambulance personnel arrived. Ashley Warren was transported by ambulance to Baxter Regional Medical Center where she was pronounced deceased at 6:21 am.

Preliminary investigation reveals that Ashley Warren and her one year old son live in Mountain Home but were staying this evening with King at his residence on CR 888 near Gassville. King is the father of the child. King told Sheriff's Investigator Eric Neal he last spoke to Ms. Warren sometime between 11 pm and midnight when they went to bed. He got up to go to the bathroom and when he returned he found Ms. Warren not breathing and called 911.

The body of Ashley Warren has been sent to the Medical Examiner's Office in Little Rock, Arkansas to determine the cause and manner of death. The Investigation is continuing.
