Beebe, Arkansas Man Arrested in 4-Wheelers Theft

     June 1, 2011 a Beebe, Arkansas man, 32 year old Terry Lynn Webb, was extradited from Stone County and charged with two (2) felony counts of theft of property. Stone County arrested Webb on the Baxter County warrants.

     Terry Webb is being charged in connection with the theft of two (2) 4-wheelers and a utility trailer from the Big Flat, Arkansas area on or about November 21, 2010. two (2) 4-wheelers were taken from one residence and a utility trailer was taken from another residence.  During the course of the investigation, one of the victims found a 4-wheeler listed on ‘Craig's List' that matched the description of one of the stolen 4-wheelers. Further investigation revealed the stolen items were in White County, Arkansas. Detectives from White County were able to locate the 4-wheeler and two (2) suspects were developed. The suspects were arrested and confessed to the thefts.

Terry Lynn Webb is charged with:

Theft of Property       Class B Felony
Theft of Property       Class C Felony

     Webb is currently being held in the Baxter County Detention Center on bond of $25,000 pending his appearance in Baxter County Circuit Court on June 23, 2011.

     The 4-wheelers and trailer were recovered by White County and returned to the victims. A second suspect, Ferrell Whaley age 31 of Jonesboro is currently being held in White County awaiting extradition back to Baxter County to face the same charges.
