ADDITIONAL ARRESTS MADE INVOLVING BURGLARIES AND THEFTS AT TWO MIDWAY BUSINESSES

     Two additional persons have been arrested following the investigation into burglaries at Mountain Home Manufacturing Company and T. I. Trailers in Midway.  On January 25th, Sheriff’s Investigators were made aware of a break in at T. I. Trailers that included the theft of numerous pieces of aluminum frame tubing used in the production of their trailers, as well as a large quantity of scrap iron.  Investigators had also been working on a burglary from Mountain Home Manufacturing involving the theft of other metals.

     Investigators learned that some of the stolen materials had been sold at S. & L. Recycling Company in Mountain Home.  Suspects were developed during the investigation that lead to Investigators obtaining arrest warrants on February 7th for three persons, one of which was David Saunders, who was later arrested following additional burglaries at several locations. 

     On February 11th, Investigators served the other two warrants, which were for ASHLEY M. WEBSTER and MATTHEW T. SEBREE.

     MATTHEW T. SEBREE, 21 years old of rural Mountain Home, was charged with:

                        Theft by Receiving (6 counts) – Felonies

     ASHLEY M. WEBSTER, 19 years old of rural Mountain Home, was charged with:

                        Theft by Receiving (6 counts) – Felonies

     Both were taken to the Detention Center and incarcerated pending the posting of bond, which was set at $10,000 each.  Both will appear in Baxter County Circuit Court on March 3rd.
