Two Suspects Arrested in Missouri Arson Case of Prosecuting Attorney's Home

     July 9, 2010, at approximately 4:30 pm, Baxter County Sheriff's Deputies, assisted by the Ozark County Sheriff's Office and Missouri Highway Patrol, executed a search warrant on a residence at 5750 Old Arkana Road, south of Mountain Home.

Three suspects were taken into custody without incident. They are:

David Allen Southerland, age 46, of Mountain Home. He was served with an arrest warrant from Ozark County on charges of Burglary and Arson. He is being held in the Baxter County Detention Center without bond awaiting extradition to Missouri.

Sherri L. Hogue, age 30 of Mountain Home. She was served with an arrest warrant from Ozark County on charges of Burglary and Arson. She is being held on bond of $500,000. She waved extradition and was picked up by Ozark County Authorities, Saturday afternoon.

, age 44 of Mountain Home. She was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance. She posted a bond of $695.00 and was released from the Baxter County Detention Center.

     The Missouri arrest warrants for Southerland and Hogue are for the Burglary and Arson of Ozark County, Missouri Prosecutor Tom Cline's home in February, 2009. His home was located in the Pontiac, Missouri area.

     Three young children of the residence were turned over to Arkansas Department of Human Services.
