Two eighteen year old Baxter County men and one seventeen year old juvenile have been arrested on Residential Burglary and other charges following an investigation into the break in of a home at 442 Riverview Trail in Norfork.

On December 28th, Sheriff's Deputy Aaron Brown took a report of the break in from the home owner. The owner and his family had been out of state for two weeks and discovered the break in when they returned home. Items valued at approximately $2,000 were either stolen or damaged. Stolen items included an Xbox 360 console, controllers, several DVD movies, and liquor, as well as approximately $120.00 in change. Damage to the property included a broken front door, front glass window, and rear door frame.

Sheriff's Investigator Brad Hurst was assigned to process the scene and conduct a follow-up investigation. Three suspects were developed during the initial investigation, and they were taken into custody on December 29th. The initial investigation indicated that these subjects had entered into the residence on more than one occasion while the owner was out of town.

Charles Wiser, 18 years old of Mountain Home, was arrested for:

Residential Burglary (2 counts) - Felonies
Theft of Property - Felony
Criminal Mischief - Felony

Dion M. Rogacki, 18 years old of Briarcliff, was arrested for:

Both Wiser and Rogacki were incarcerated in the Baxter County Detention Center with bond set at $25,000 each. Both will appear in Baxter County Circuit Court on January 21st. A seventeen year old juvenile from Gassville was also taken into custody on Residential Burglary charges and turned over to Baxter County Juvenile Services.

The investigation is continuing. Additional arrests are expected, and charges against Wiser, Rogacki, and the juvenile may be amended or modified as the investigation proceeds.
