     The Sheriff's Office is notifying the public that a new sex offender has registered with the Sheriff's Office after moving into this jurisdiction from the State of Kansas.

NAME:                       KYLE FARMER

DATE OF BIRTH:   12/30/1988

HOME ADDRESS:   ***HOMELESS***                          

     The offender was convicted of the offense of Aggravated Sexual Battery in Ford County, Kansas on 04/25/2019.  Available information indicates that the victim was a 28 year old female.  The offender was ordered to register as a sex offender for a period of 25 years from the date of conviction.  No other information is currently available.

     This offender has not yet been assigned a Risk Level by SOCNA (Sex Offender Community Notification Assessment).

     Since the offender indicated he is homeless, he is required to report to the Sheriff's Office in person weekly for a status update and evaluation review.

     This person is not wanted by law enforcement at this time.  This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather it is our belief that an informed public is a safer public.  This information cannot be used to threaten, intimidate, or harass Registered Sex Offenders.  Citizen abuse will not be tolerated.  Such abuse could potentially end law enforcement's ability to do community notification.
