ARREST MADE DURING PROBATION HOME VISIT

     A probation home visit conducted Thursday, December 10th, has resulted in the arrest of 49 year old KIMBERLY L. DICKS.  Personnel with Arkansas Community Corrections and the Sheriff's Office went to KIMBERLY DICKS' address at 4476 CR 39.  As a probationer, DICKS has a search waiver on file, and officers thereupon conducted a search of the premises.

     During the search, officers found drugs and various articles of drug paraphernalia at the residence, as well as a firearm.  Specifically, officers found approximately 1.3 grams of a substance that tested positive for both methamphetamine and fentanyl.  Various articles of drug paraphernalia, including meth pipes and marijuana pipes were also found.  In addition, a single shot 12 gauge shotgun was found under the bed, with some shells found in a dresser drawer.

     At the conclusion of the search, KIMBERLY L. DICKS was arrested and taken to the Baxter County Detention Center where she was booked on charges of:

Possession of Methamphetamine with Purpose of Delivery - Felony
Possession of Fentanyl with Purpose of Delivery - Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (2 counts) - Felonies
Possession of Firearms by Certain Persons - Felony
Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms - Felony
Time to Serve - Act 570 Commitment for Probation Violation

     KIMBERLY DICKS has a bond of $20,000 on the charges and will appear before the Circuit Court to answer later this month.
