THREE WOMEN ARRESTED WEDNESDAY DURING SERVICE OF SEARCH WARRANT

     Three women were arrested Wednesday afternoon, January 24th, when officers executed a search warrant at 925 Buzzard Roost Cutoff in rural Mountain Home.  The search warrant was obtained after investigators received information that stolen property was being stored at that residence.  The warrant was served at 3:10 PM.

     During the search of the residence, officers encountered three women.  They also found a handgun, ammunition cans with ammunition, and an Ipad that had been stolen during a residential burglary on Buford Road that was reported on January 12th.  In addition to the stolen property, officers found drugs and drug paraphernalia, including methamphetamine, marijuana, scales, and baggies used to package drugs.  All these items were seized and taken into evidence, and the three women were arrested and transported to the Detention Center and charged as follows:

BRIANNA MARIE COTHERN, 34 years old of Bull Shoals, charged with:

Possession of Controlled Substance (marijuana) – Misdemeanor
Theft by Receiving – Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Felony
Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms – Felony

TAYLOR LYNN DEWITT, 22 years old of rural Mountain Home, charged with:

Possession of Controlled Substance (marijuana) – Misdemeanor
Theft by Receiving – Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Felony
Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms – Felony

AUDREY LYNN SAARI, 22 years old of rural Mountain Home, charged with:

Possession of Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) – Felony
Possession of Controlled Substance (marijuana) – Misdemeanor
Theft by Receiving – Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Felony
Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms – Felony

     All three of these women were given a bond of $15,000 each on these charges. TAYLOR DEWITT has already been released on bond.  The other two remain in custody.  All three are scheduled to make an appearance in Baxter County Circuit Court on February 1st.
