Multiple controlled substance pills, including Suboxone, Xanax, Alprazolam, Oxycontin, Ecstasy, Clonazepam, Acetaminophen/Hydrocodone, and amphetamine salts.

Drug paraphernalia was also found and seized.

THOMAS MOORE SWINDOL was arrested and transported to the Baxter County Detention Center.  He is expected to be formally charged on Monday with a multitude of drug offenses after the Sheriff’s Office submits an affidavit to the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.  He will have a preliminary bond of $50,000 and will be given a date to appear in the Baxter County Circuit Court to answer.
