FOUR MEN ARRESTED DURING SERVICE OF SEARCH WARRANT

     Four persons were arrested Monday afternoon, April 25th, when authorities served a search warrant at 101 Dupont Lane in the Whiteville area.  Investigators obtained the search warrant for the residence after they had made controlled buys of methamphetamine from there.

     During the search, numerous items of drug paraphernalia were found throughout the residence, garage, and a camper on the property.  Also found in the garage was a Rossi S.A. .410 gauge shotgun.  The barrel and stock had been sawed off, with the barrel being cut down to approximately  11 3/8 inches.  The loaded shotgun was in arms reach of one of the suspects.  One of the four persons present claimed ownership of this shotgun. 

     All four persons at the residence were arrested and transported to the Detention Center and booked on the following charges:

HERBERT LEONARD KASINGER:

Delivery of Methamphetamine – Felony

He has a bond of $40,000 on this charge and remains in custody.

JONATHAN ROBERT ROUSE:

Criminal Use of Prohibited Weapon – Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Felony

He was released after posting $5,000 bond.

KARL JOSEPH COX:

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Misdemeanor

He was released after posting a $415 bond.

MICHAEL C. STANISLAWSKI:

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Misdemeanor
Failure to Appear (outstanding warrant) – Misdemeanor
Contempt of Court (outstanding warrant) – Misdemeanor
Probation Violation (outstanding warrant) – Misdemeanor

He remains in custody with a bond of $2,060.

KASINGER and ROUSE will appear in Circuit Court to answer on April 28th, while COX and STANISLAWSKI are set to appear in District Court on May 5th.

Agencies involved were the Sheriff’s Office, Mountain Home Police, and Arkansas State Police.
