ARREST MADE IN ASSAULT COMPLAINT FROM MAY 28TH

     The Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Mountain Home man, 30 year old JEREMY SCOTT PRICE, on a felony battery charge following an investigation into an incident that was reported on May 28th.

     The victim of the battery, who reported the incident from the hospital, told Sheriff’s Investigators that he had been attacked at his residence by JEREMY PRICE the previous day. The victim alleged that PRICE struck him in the head, causing him to fall to the floor, with PRICE then jumping on him and continuing to punch him. The victim sustained a broken leg as a result of the attack and required surgery.

     JEREMY PRICE was served with a bench warrant for Battery in the Second Degree, a Felony, on July 15th and made an appearance yesterday in the Circuit Court. His bond is $15,000.
