Two Gassville women were arrested Friday afternoon, March 27th, after deputies responded to a complaint call at 3:58 PM reporting that the women had broken into a mini storage unit at 587 W. Main St. just outside Gassville.  They had been caught in the act of removing property from the unit by the renter of the unit.

The victim told deputies that she had been driving by the units and witnessed two females taking items from the unit.  The victim obtained a license number on the vehicle the suspects were driving and approached the suspects.  The victim observed items belonging to her inside the vehicle of the suspects and called for law enforcement after speaking with them.

Deputies interviewed the suspects about the incident.  Deputies learned that additional items of property were stored at a residence on Baxter CR 3, and deputies went there to retrieve those items.

An inventory of the stolen property has not yet been finalized.

RABONNA ANN JONES, 38 years old, and TA-LONNA JONES, 27 years old, both from Gassville, Arkansas, were arrested and transported to the Detention Center.  They were each booked on charges of:

Breaking or Entering – Felony
