Sheriff’s Investigators have arrested a rural Mountain Home man on charges related to a burglary reported by Gaston’s Resort on May 16th.  29 year old ANDREWWOJACEK turned himself in at the Sheriff’s Office this afternoon after investigators had developed grounds for his arrest.

ANDREW WOJACEK was booked into the Detention Center on charges of:

Commercial Burglary – Felony
Theft of Property – Misdemeanor

He will appear in Baxter County Circuit Court on June 19th, and he is currently being held in custody in lieu of $10,000 bond.
