WOMAN ARRESTED AFTER SELLING DRUGS TO COOPERATING INFORMANT

     A 48 year old Mountain Home woman, MICHELLE EILEEN TILLERY, has been arrested and incarcerated in the Detention Center on felony drug charges.  A person cooperating with Sheriff's investigators made three controlled drug buys from MICHELLE TILLERY between July 24, 2013 to July 29, 2013.  TILLERY sold 25 methadone hydrochloride pills and 11 focalin pills to the informant.  These transactions were monitored and recorded by Sheriff's investigators.

     MICHELLE TILLERY utilized a cellular telephone to facilitate selling these drugs, and the transactions took place within 1,000 feet of a church in Mountain Home, which is a penalty enhancement.

     A bench warrant from the Circuit Court was obtained for the arrest of MICHELLE TILLERY.  She was arrested the afternoon of February 24th and booked on charges of:

Delivery of Schedule II controlled substance (5 counts) - Felonies
Unlawful Use of Communication Device (3 counts) - Felonies
Distribution near certain Facilities - Enhanced penalty

     She is being held in the Baxter County Detention Center in lieu of $25,000 bond, and she will appear in Circuit Court on February 27th.
