VEHICLE REPORTED STOLEN IS RECOVERED SAME MORNING

     The Sheriff’s Office has located and recovered a vehicle that was reported stolen from “The Shop” at 1963 Buzzard Roost Road at 9:00 AM this morning.  The vehicle, a 1995 red GMC Sierra 4 x 4 truck valued at $3,500, was found abandoned at the mini-storage facility on Baxter CR 28 at approximately 11:30 AM today by Sheriff’s Corporal Scott Thrasher.

     The owner of the vehicle, Prosecuting Attorney Ron Kincade, had taken it to “The Shop” for repairs.  It was last noticed by employees there on November 22nd, but was not realized to be missing until today.

     Sheriff’s Investigator Trey Edings has processed the vehicle for fingerprints and DNA, and the vehicle has been returned to the owner.
