ROBERT FINCH STILL AT LARGE, WARRANT ISSUED, WHEREABOUTS UNKNOWN

     Several felony criminal charges were filed today against ROBERT E. FINCH, JR. and a bench warrant issued for his arrest following yesterday’s domestic violence incident that resulted in injuries to his wife followed by a manhunt in the Clarkridge area of Baxter County for several hours yesterday.

     ROBERT FINCH was not found or apprehended Monday, and Sheriff’s Deputies and Arkansas State Troopers remained in the area throughout the day today in hopes that ROBERT FINCH would emerge from hiding and be spotted again.  As of 6PM Tuesday, FINCH has not been located and his whereabouts is unknown.

     ROBERT FINCH now has an outstanding warrant of arrest on the following charges:

Aggravated Residential Burglary – Class Y Felony
Kidnapping – Class Y Felony
Battery in the Second Degree – Class D Felony
Terroristic Threatening – Class D Felony
Fleeing from Officer – Class D Felony

     The bench warrant specifies a bond of $250,000 when FINCH is arrested.

     Sheriff’s Investigators will continue making contact with family and associates of FINCH in an effort to learn his whereabouts, as well as to follow up on any leads that are reported by the public.  The Sheriff’s Office asks the public to notify us of any information they have concerning ROBERT FINCH.
