CITIZEN TIP FROM "MOST WANTED" LISTING RESULTS IN MAN'S ARREST THIS MORNING

     TERRY LEE PALMERE, 35 years old of rural Mountain Home, was arrested this morning on an outstanding bench warrant for felony battery.  PALMERE had been listed on the “Most Wanted” section of the Sheriff’s Office website.  Today the Sheriff’s Office received a citizen tip as to the whereabouts of TERRY PALMERE, and deputies went to the residence at 247 Shorecrest Drive to try and find him. 

     Sheriff’s Investigator Lt. Terry Johnson had obtained the warrant after investigating a complaint made on August 4th by a citizen who reported that TERRY PALMERE had assaulted him at The Royal 66 Club on Highway 62 East of Mountain Home.  The victim sustained serious injuries as a result of the assault.  No weapons were involved.

     Corporal Kristofer Savino and Deputy Doug Meurer found PALMERE at the residence indicated by the tipster and took him into custody at approximately 11:30 AM.

     TERRY LEE PALMERE was booked into the Detention Center on a charge of:

Battery in the Second Degree – Felony

     He is being held in lieu of $15,000 bond, and he will appear in Circuit Court on September 19th.
