WOMAN TURNS HERSELF IN ON FELONY DRUG WARRANT

     MARSHA FAYE SUTTERFIELD, 42 years old of Gassville, Arkansas was arrested Tuesday afternoon, March 26th, after turning herself in at the Detention Center on an outstanding bench warrant for felony drug crimes.

     MARSHA SUTTERFIELD sold controlled substances to a person cooperating with law enforcement in August, 2012 on at least two separate occasions.  These included ten (10) Acetaminophen/Hydrocodone 325/ 10mg pills for $7.50 each, and two (2) Morphine 60mg pills for $40.00 each.  One of these transactions was conducted near the Gassville Community Center.

     After these buys, Investigators obtained a bench warrant for the arrest of SUTTERFIELD.  She was released from the Baxter County Detention Center this afternoon after posting $10,000 bond, with an appearance in Circuit Court set for April 4th on charges of:

Delivery of Schedule I or II Controlled Substance – Felony
Delivery of Schedule III Controlled Substance – Felony
Conspiracy to Deliver Schedule I or II Controlled Substance – Felony
Proximity to Certain Facilities (Gassville Community Center) – Penalty Enhancement
