Cindy Rose

Warrants of arrest for felony charges of Forgery and Workers’ Compensation Fraud were served Wednesday afternoon on a rural Mountain Home woman.  CINDY M. ROSE, 41 years of age, was arrested at her residence by Sheriff’s Corporal Kristofer Savino after he went there to locate her and serve the warrants.

The warrants were issued by the Circuit Court based upon an affidavit filed by an investigator with the Insurance Fraud Investigation Division of the Arkansas Insurance Department in Little Rock.  The warrants were delivered to the Sheriff’s Office to be served.  According to the affidavit, CINDY ROSE is accused of altering the dates on a Certificate to Return to Work/School in order to obtain workers’ compensation benefits that she was not entitled to.

CINDY M. ROSE was booked into the detention center at approximately 1:42 PM Wednesday.  She was released later in the afternoon after posting $2,500 bond, and she is scheduled to appear in Baxter County Circuit Court on February 14th.
